So, yes... I've been on this diet for 6 months already, i have lost some kilograms but still not enough.
I stopped eating meat and much of the food that kept me alive. I feel i'm going crazy for junk food, even though i didn't use to eat those quite often (once every 4 months, and I'm not exaggerating).
But what i really really hate is cucumber....
At work, they serve this disgusting vegetable, which has that horrible taste which contaminates everything. It's there, on my dish everyday...
There isn't a more nasty vegetable, eating that it's like eating the outside part of a watermelon.
It's there on my dish, waiting for my fork to pick it up, i don't want it... I don't eat it, i leave it there.
Hell, i need some meat... i feel my mood has changed a lot lately, i'm more irritated than i usually am, and my jobmates noticed this too.
